About me

As a data science manager, I have extensive experience supporting and creating products for global CX teams. My current role involves acting as a liaison between our organization and potential vendors to identify technological solutions that can enhance our business operations. Throughout my career, I have led numerous projects, including the development, maintenance, and documentation of an ETL solution in Python, which has helped our team save an estimated 80 hours per week in manual data processing time. Additionally, I have defined KPIs to measure and improve performance and worked on several predictive modeling projects to anticipate customer behavior and mitigate risks. I am passionate about leveraging data to make informed decisions and am excited to continue pushing the boundaries of what is possible in this field.
